We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Technology Risk Senior Analyst to join our growing Technology Risk Oversight team. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the security and resilience of our technology estate, protecting our customers' data and maintaining the trust they place in us. You'll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on how we manage technology risks.

• Risk Assessment and Analysis:
  Proactively identify and assess technology risks across Monzo's cloud-native infrastructure and applications. Evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls and recommend improvements. Analyze and interpret risk data to provide actionable insights.
• Risk Management:
  
  Contribute to the development and implementation of risk management frameworks and methodologies tailored to a modern, cloud-first environment. Monitor and report on the status of risk mitigation activities. Assist in the development of risk appetite statements and tolerance levels.
• Reporting and Communication:
  Communicate complex technical risk information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Prepare regular risk reports and dashboards for management. Foster a culture of risk awareness across the organization.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Stay up-to-date with the latest technology risks, security trends, and regulatory changes. Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management processes and tools. Share knowledge and best practices with the team.
