Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Apogee Corporation is seeking an IT Field Technician to join our Managed Desktop Services team in the UK. You will diagnose, repair and maintain laptops, desktops, RPOS systems and related hardware, splitting time between onsite visits and remote support.
In this hands-on role, you will ensure fast issue resolution, high first-time fix rates and clear customer communication while adhering to data protection and security procedures. A driving licence is required.
