Hybrid Senior Network Specialist

Join a leading team as a Hybrid Senior Network Support Specialist in Ottawa, responsible for network operations and enhancing infrastructure.

This role offers a blend of on-site and remote work with critical responsibilities.

We are looking for a talented professional to start on September 14, 2026, in a full-time capacity over two years. With eight mandatory on-site days monthly, this position requires a valid Secret security clearance or five years of residence in Canada. You will tackle challenging technical issues and optimize network systems through robust troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot production and non-production network environments

• Implement continuous improvements for network infrastructure

• Resolve complex technical issues effectively

• Conduct performance tests and disaster recovery drills

• Support CI/CD in a collaborative environment

Requirements:

• Relevant technical degree or diploma

• Five years of recent experience in network management

• Proficiency in Cisco Nexus and Catalyst technologies

• Knowledge in Azure Cloud Networking and IT operations

• Familiarity with firewalls and Service Now is a plus
