Leidos is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join the LCST programme in Emersons Green, Bristol. This 1st line IT role provides incident and service request support across corporate and military specification systems.
You will log and track tickets, support users via face‑to‑face, phone and email, and escalate to second/third line when required. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, on‑site with occasional remote working; full training is provided.
