As our new Project Manager - Digital Customer Success, you will be spearheading digital customer success initiatives that bridge technology and user experience, ensuring our digital platforms and tools deliver measurable value to customers across the water technology landscape. What

you will be doing?

As a key part of the Digital Customer Success team, you'll create impact by Leading cross-functional digital projects that elevate customer engagement, streamline digital touchpoints, and accelerate adoption of Grundfos's digital solutions worldwide in the space of remote monitoring, sensors and telemetry products.

Your main responsibilities include:
  • Plan, execute, and deliver digital customer success projects on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to define project roadmaps and success metrics
  • Drive adoption of digital platforms and tools by coordinating customer onboarding and engagement initiatives
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations while maintaining transparent communication with senior leadership
  • Analyse customer usage data and feedback to identify improvement opportunities and inform project priorities
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align teams on deliverables and timelines
What makes you a great fit?

Above all, you are a results-oriented project management professional with a strong digital mindset, proven stakeholder management skills, and a genuine passion for improving customer outcomes through technology. We would also imagine that you have:

  • 2+ years of project management experience in digital, technical, or customer-facing technology environments
  • Proven track record delivering complex technical projects using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions and seniority levels
  • Experience with remote monitoring systems, sensors, and telemetry products is a bonus

It is a plus if you also have:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
  • Experience in B2B or industrial/manufacturing digital transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with data analytics or service management techniques
