Certes is seeking a Configuration Business Analyst with Niche RMS experience for an 8‑month hybrid role in Warwickshire. You will support the replacement of the current system, focusing on configuring Niche RMS to meet business requirements, operating models and governance standards.
You will work with the Programme Manager, business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure configuration, workflow design, requirements definition and testing are delivered to a high standard, including UAT coordination.
