This role has a major emphasis on training, train the trainer but also potentially proving 1st line support.

You will be the superuser and own the sharing of knowledge to clients/end users.

• Act as key interface between customers, technical teams, and product team providing Functional Support & Incident Management
• Design and deliver training sessions (remote and on-site)
• Adapt training content to different user profiles
