BCXP seeks a Tech Officer:
Jnr Customer Engineer to provide routine hardware service and remote diagnostics under supervision, ensuring contract SLAs are met. The role involves using various OS and hardware tools, maintaining the CMDB, and following defined installation plans.
You will assist with installing/removing hardware and software, support fellow technicians remotely, and contribute to timely, quality service for retail clients. Local travel and extended hours may be required.
