We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Change & Transformation Directorate and lead the delivery of strategic business and technology change initiatives. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on turning complex, high-profile programmes into real, measurable business outcomes.

The role:

You'll own projects across the full lifecycle, from planning and scope definition through to delivery and benefits realisation working closely with senior stakeholders, technology teams, operational departments, suppliers and external partners, including the Home Office. You'll bring strong governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the standards our PMO expects.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, managing dependencies and critical path activities across multiple work streams

• Defining project goals and roadmaps, running initiation workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
