Location: Oldbury
The AA in Oldbury, in partnership with Jaguar Land Rover, is hiring a JLR Technical Advisor. The role is full-time, hybrid (office 3 days/week, home 2 days), 36.25 hours, £35,000 salary plus a fantastic benefits package.
You’ll provide expert remote technical support, diagnose faults, guide customers and arrange roadside help only when needed. You’ll use diagnostic tools, record findings across systems, and contribute to service improvements.
