An exciting opportunity has become available to join our Operational Team within Master Data on a
** 12-month Fixed Term Contract, as a Master Data Administrator.
** The UK Master Data team performs a hugely important function of data management with the UK Operations Team.  Based in Marlow and reporting to the Master Data Manager, the Master Data Administrator will be responsible for the coordination and input of data in relation to materials, customers, pricing and promotions along with supporting the Master Data Manager and Co-Ordinator on strategic projects and ad hoc tasks.  

This role links into all areas of the business and is an important responsibility in maintaining compliance of business data processes and ensuring accuracy and integrity of content.

* Main Responsibilities:

*** Maintain Master Data records within SAP across materials, customers, pricing and promotions
* Validate all requests, identifying issues before creation/changes are made in the system.
* Maintain data integrity by performing periodic data cleansing activities
* Assist with routine and ad-hoc reports around returns, pricing & promotions, sales order processing etc.
* Working with key stakeholders across the business including;
Finance, Commercial Sales team, Customer Services, Warehouse and the Senior Management Team
* Provide key-user support for master data queries, providing guidance and training to users on master data standards
* Support the Master Data Manager on any other ad hoc task, including testing for the S/4 Hana integration project.
