Version 1 is seeking an Onsite Support Analyst based in Belfast, delivering remote support to Dublin and London customers. The role focuses on prompt IT assistance, cloud and office environments, and proactive issue resolution to keep teams productive.
The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in deskside support, strong communication, and proficiency with Service Now ITSM; ITIL v4 certification is preferred. Occasional office travel and ad-hoc onsite attendance are expected.
