In this high-impact role, you will take ownership of the Salesforce platform, focusing on configuration, automation, and user management. Working collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, you will drive significant platform improvements and technical solutions. This position combines hands-on administration with a strategic approach to optimizing workflows and ensuring data quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the Salesforce environment, ensuring platform health and security
• Manage user roles, permission sets, and workflows
• Translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions
• Drive data quality initiatives and governance processes
• Lead QA processes, including testing and deployment validation
Requirements:
• 5+ years experience administering Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Hands-on Apex development experience required
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce automation and configuration
• Certification as Salesforce Platform Administrator mandatory
• Experience with workflow tools like n8n is a plus
