$120 - $160 CAD; based on experience

To support our growing HCM function, we are seeking a
Senior Workforce Management consultant
with strong solution implementation experience. The successful candidate will serve as the subject matter expert on Dayforce workforce management, leading full-cycle implementations across scheduling, time & attendance, and forecasting. You will work closely with client stakeholders, internal project teams, and technical resources to ensure implementations are delivered on time, on scope, and ensure that OnActuate solutions are implemented effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Dayforce WFM implementations including discovery, configuration, UAT, training, go-live, and support.
- Work directly with our customers to conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions with client stakeholders across HR, Operations, and IT.
- Configure Dayforce scheduling rules, shift patterns, time & attendance policies, and forecasting parameters.
- Develop and maintain implementation documentation including design specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
- Deliver end-user and administrator training tailored to client environments.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot system issues in collaboration with support team.

* * risks or scope changes proactively. - Work with our internal teams to enhance current delivery procedures.
- Work with our internal sales, technical, and delivery teams to deliver on client implementation goals.
- Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the project to a successful live status.

Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Dayforce WFM implementation experience is essential to success in this role preferably in complex and/or public sector sites.
- Demonstrated ability to configure Dayforce scheduling, time & attendance, and forecasting modules.
- In-depth knowledge of WFM in Dayforce is required, and experience with other Dayforce modules such as and Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits module are assets.
- Applicable business experience, preferred (HR, payroll, or general business) is an asset.
- Ability to lead and facilitate customer workshops and sessions Strong understanding of workforce management principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fully remote setting.
- Dayforce certification in WFM an asset.
