Alignerr is seeking an experienced Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training) to review and improve AI systems that simulate organizational behavior, decision-making, and leadership theory. This remote, hourly contract offers 10–40 hours per week and flexible scheduling, with work conducted asynchronously.
You will assess AI-generated scenarios, critique reasoning about team dynamics and organizational design, and provide structured feedback to strengthen managerial AI capabilities.
