Konekt is seeking a Support Engineer to join the Technical Support team, delivering cloud communications and collaboration solutions across the UK and Europe. You will troubleshoot voice, video and UCaaS platforms, diagnose issues and guide customers to resolution.
Successful candidates will work with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, SIP trunks and SBCs, whilst maintaining strong customer relationships. An on-call rota with added allowance complements the role in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
