Oracle Fusion HCM & Payroll Functional Consultants – Contract Inside IR35 – Long-Term Contract

We are recruiting for two Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant positions as part of a long-term Oracle programme:

• Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant
• Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional Consultant

Both positions are remote contract roles operating inside IR35
. Successful candidates will be required to undergo Security Clearance
, so eligibility is essential.

• Deliver functional expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM or Oracle Fusion Payroll.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Configure Oracle Fusion solutions in line with business processes.
• Support workshops, testing, training and deployment activities.
• Assist with issue resolution and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with technical teams and other functional work streams.
• Proven Oracle Fusion HCM or Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation experience.
• Strong functional configuration knowledge within the relevant Oracle module.
• Experience working across the full implementation lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote project environment.
