Waythrough is seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager to lead our Service Delivery function, ensuring reliable, secure, and customer-focused IT services across the organisation, reporting to the Head of IT Service Delivery.
You will manage a team of technical specialists, drive continual improvement, oversee the 2nd Line Support, and collaborate with the Service Desk and infrastructure to deliver a seamless end-to-end support experience for colleagues.
