We're looking for an experienced  SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant  to join a major SAP transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large-scale enterprise implementation, supporting the build, testing, deployment and early-life support of a modern SAP payroll solution.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Support solution build, integration with Employee Central (EC), testing, UAT and cutover activities.
Assist with payroll parallel runs and post-go-live support.
Work collaboratively with technical and functional teams to resolve issues and deliver high-quality solutions.
Produce functional documentation, solution designs, specifications and other project artefacts.
Work effectively within a multi-supplier delivery environment.
Provide effort estimates and contribute to successful project delivery.
Support knowledge sharing and mentor junior team members where required.

Required Experience

Strong experience delivering SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions.
Proven SAP Payroll implementation and/or application support experience across multiple project life cycles.
Excellent knowledge of UK Payroll processing, including year-end activities.
Strong experience writing Payroll PCRs and Schemas.
Good understanding of Personnel Administration and payroll-related legal changes.
Experience integrating payroll with Employee Central and third-party systems.
Broad SAP technical awareness, including areas such as ABAP, Security, BASIS and integrations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable

Experience with in the Public Sector or other highly regulated environments.
Additional country payroll experience (such as Saudi Arabia/KSA) would be advantageous.
Experience working on large-scale SAP transformation programmes.
