Payments Business Analyst

Job Description We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to support a major Payments Modernisation Programme within a leading financial services organisation. This programme focuses on transforming the bank's payments infrastructure through the migration from legacy technology platforms to a new third-party payments solution. Successful candidates will play a key role in supporting business change, requirements gathering, and process transformation activities across a multi-year programme.

Responsibilities Gather, analyse and document business requirements. Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders. Produce detailed process maps and operating models. Support requirements traceability throughout the programme lifecycle. Assist with impact assessments and work closely with Product, Technology, and Delivery teams. Support implementation and migration activities. Contribute to payment scheme and operational process improvements. Ensure requirements are aligned to programme objectives and regulatory expectations.

Essential Skills 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst. experience working within financial services. Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills. experience producing process flows and business process models.
