As a Senior Commercial Innovation Analyst, you’ll play a key role in leading innovation, working across complex digital and business change initiatives. You will support the delivery of our key strategic platform, AI initiatives and wider Commercial change initiatives delivering business improvements, helping transform how we interact with brokers and deliver value.

• Lead multiple projects or work streams from concept through to implementation and adoption.
• Support delivery of AI initiatives, Commercial internal and market initiatives.
• Shape delivery plans and manage risks and dependencies.
• Gather and translate business requirements into clear solution designs.
• Work with technical teams to define dashboards and automation solutions.
• Use data insights (e.g. Power BI outputs) to drive decision-making.
• Influence stakeholders across the business.
• Champion continuous improvement and innovation. Coach and support junior colleagues.

• Experience delivering transformation, change, or digital initiatives.
• Proven project or workstream leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
