Softdrive is seeking an experienced FSLogix Support Specialist to help support and troubleshoot user profile issues in a virtual desktop environment across Canada. The role focuses on FSLogix profile containers, Windows virtual desktops, Microsoft 365 applications, and user profile troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of FSLogix support experience in VDI/Remote Desktop services, Windows OS troubleshooting, and the ability to read logs.
