Focus Group is seeking an Out of Hours 2nd Line Technical Support Specialist to join our remote UK team. You will provide 1st and 2nd line support across IT, telecoms and connectivity services, handling incidents, service requests and escalations, and delivering rapid resolutions.
You'll work 7pm-7am, 4 on 4 off, with weekend and bank holiday shifts. The role requires ITIL knowledge, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent customer communication to keep customers connected outside standard
