Senior Product Designer

Requirements Must have:

• We require a bachelors degree or certificate in user experience design, human-computer interaction, product design, or a closely related discipline.
• We are looking for at least 5 years of product design experience, supported by a strong portfolio that demonstrates process and outcomes.
• We need experience in an enterprise, SaaS, or software product environment, especially with data-rich or workflow-heavy applications.
• We expect proficiency with design tools such as Figma.
• We require hands-on experience with user research methods, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews.
• We value the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative insights to guide design choices.
• We need a solid grasp of design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• We are looking for someone who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, collaborative setting.
• We expect working knowledge of front-end technologies and development workflows, with the ability to partner effectively with engineers and understand technical limitations.
• We require familiarity with AI-powered tools and design workflows.
• We need strong systems thinking, including experience building scalable design systems, component libraries, and shared cross-product patterns.

• We will have you advocate for excellent, user-centered experiences across product decisions.
• We will ask you to work closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to define and prioritize design objectives.
• We will rely on you to lead and grow our design system, including component structure, interaction models, and usage standards.
• You will own the full design lifecycle, from early ideas and user journeys through polished designs and final handoff.
• You will conduct user research to shape and validate design direction.
• You will present designs clearly to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, explaining your reasoning and incorporating feedback.
• You will use AI-assisted tools and workflows to speed up ideation, research synthesis, and prototyping.
• You will design intelligent, data-driven experiences such as predictive, recommendation-based, or automated workflows.
• You will work with product and engineering to define how AI capabilities appear in the user experience in a clear, trustworthy, and usable manner.
• You will help simplify complex, data-heavy workflows into intuitive and scalable enterprise software experiences.

The role is a permanent full-time position with total compensation expected between $95,000 and $120,000, plus bonus.
