We could go with a pure corporate background, someone who graduated in Computer Science and has had a heavy corporate journey, ready to head into something differentOR, someone who has a whacky technology past, moved into AI and Data, has been with start-ups, has failed and bounced back and is still raring to go, full of energy and is genuinely excited about the future!

Appreciation (and preferably experience with) that this is a heavily regulated environment and everything is in line with strict Governance frameworks Big understanding and connection with Data Science and AI in the modern world Has failed, will fail again but also knows how to navigate around failures, lift spirits and turn this into successful delivery A strong leader for the team you will inheritand continue to build Strong and proven senior stakeholder management skills, with the proven battle scars Solid 3 rd party management experience with the likes of large development and data teams Excellent understanding of Development frameworks you may even be a Computer Science graduate or have a degree in Data Science Ability to run research programmes with blue-sky thinking Comfortable with change at uber-speed Backlog management:
Demonstrated expertise in maintaining and prioritizing product backlogs, writing detailed user stories, and collaborating with development teams to deliver sprint goals Understanding of Agile product ownership:
Experience in SAFe or similar agile frameworks, including daily scrum leadership and sprint planning Cross-team collaboration:
Effective working across engineering, analytics, and business teams to ensure seamless execution KPI management:
Ability to track, analyse, and interpret KPIs to guide product improvements and communicate results to stakeholders Technical acumen:
Solid understanding of modern data platforms, including experience with medallion architecture, AI/ML applications, and cloud-native infrastructures Communication skills:
Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to various audiences, including engineers, business partners, and senior leadership Knows how to read a room and NOT be a disrupter. Be challenging, but only when it is required Knows how to grow a team and attract the right talent Is naturally inspirational where people feed off your ideas This is a great opportunity and salary is dependent upon experience.
