Desjardins Group is seeking a Temporary IT Support Technician for a 12‑month assignment. The role provides user support across IT applications, including installation, configuration, incident management, and server administration in a call centre setting.
You will collaborate with Experts, Coaches, IT Management and WFM scheduling to ensure service delivery. The ideal candidate has a college diploma, at least two years of IT experience, and strong English/French communication.
