Communicate How We Use Customer Data:
Clearly articulate how customer and user data is collected, processed, stored, protected, retained, and used within our products, partnering closely with Privacy, Legal, Security, and Product teams to ensure accuracy.
Lead AI Transparency Communications:

Turn complex security architectures, privacy practices, AI technologies, accessibility standards, and regulatory requirements into language that customers, educators, administrators, procurement teams, and business leaders can readily understand.
Enable Sales and Customer-Facing Teams:
Develop training, playbooks, FAQs, objection-handling guidance, presentations, and talk tracks that help Sales, Customer Success, and other customer-facing teams confidently discuss security, privacy, AI data use, and accessibility.
