Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with technical issues for hardware and applications

• Maintain and configure systems at clinic locations

• Collaborate with teams for problem resolution

• Document IT support processes and procedures

• Manage a diverse fleet of Windows and Mac devices
Requirements:

• At least 3 years in IT service delivery

• Proficient in hardware, software, and networking

• Experience with both Windows and Mac OS

• Proven skills in scripting and automation

• Understanding of ITIL frameworks and security practices
