Experis - Manpower Group in Preston, UK is seeking a Service Now Test Analyst (SC Cleared) on a short-term contract with a hybrid work setup (70% remote / 30% onsite). The role focuses on testing governance, readiness activities and successful operational handover.
You will support Service Now ITSM testing across modules such as Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge and CMDB, while driving ORR, readiness assessments and Early Life Support.
