LYNK in the United Kingdom is seeking a L1 System Support Analyst to provide IT and telecoms support for both internal group companies and external customers. You will log, manage and respond to support calls via a ticketing system, performing troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
This on-site role in Stirling involves working with the Head of IT and a small Cyber team, handling Windows 11/Server, Microsoft 365 and related technologies across internal and client environments.
