ICS.AI is seeking an AI Transformation Lead / Senior Project Manager to drive an AI transformation programme for a major local government client, using PRINCE2 Agile SCRUM. You will coordinate delivery teams, manage governance, and ensure successful GenAI platform implementations across web, phone and email channels.
You’ll be the main client contact during delivery, represent the company on Steering Groups, and collaborate with PMO to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
