As a Cybersecurity Intern, you will be crucial in helping ProServeIT Corporation enhance its IT security posture. This role focuses on monitoring security alerts and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to mitigate security threats. You will need a foundational understanding of security protocols and be eager to dive into the world of Cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze security and operational alerts

• Prioritize and document alerts systematically

• Communicate with stakeholders on alert severity

• Investigate and resolve security incidents

• Close tickets with clear documentation

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and networking protocols

• Experience with Security Operations and incident response

• Excellent communication skills in high-stress situations

• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Willingness to earn SC-200 certification
