We are looking for a sharp, ambitious, and curious Customer Solutions Associate to join our team. This isn't a typical support role. It is a high-impact, fast-moving launchpad combining frontline client support, rapidly evolving satellite & tracking hardware, and commercial market intelligence.

What You’ll Do- Support Mission-Critical Operations:
Serve as the first line of contact for clients relying on AtlasNXT, powering seamless client onboarding sessions and managing end-to-end hardware logistics (configuration, testing, dispatch). - Develop & Test Life-Saving Hardware:
Get hands-on with state-of-the-art tracking, comms, and satellite devices. Evaluate new tech, build hardware guides, and research global suppliers. - Fuel Commercial Growth:
Conduct market research to identify new industries, track competitor trends, support high-stakes client proposals (RFIs/RFPs), and help launch new commercial propositions.

Purpose:
Passionate about technology, hardware/IoT, security, and global safety. - Sharp analytical skills, comfortable with data/numeracy, and strong research instincts.
- Able to build instant rapport with clients operating in high-pressure sectors.
Background:
- Customer-facing experience; degree or strong A-Levels (Maths, Computing, or STEM subjects preferred).
