The SIAM Change Analyst will be accountable for the governance, coordination, analysis, and continual improvement of the Change Management process across a multi-supplier environment.
The role is outcome-focused, ensuring changes are assessed, prioritised, approved, and implemented in a controlled manner while minimising risk, reducing service disruption, and enhancing the end‑user experience through effective supplier management and data‑driven insights.

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre‑employment checks, including identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service).
Your role- Owning the end‑to‑end Change Management process across a multi‑supplier service environment, ensuring changes are assessed, approved, and implemented in line with business and service requirements.
- Maintaining and governing the Change Management framework, ensuring processes are standardised, effective, and consistently applied across all suppliers.
- Working closely with suppliers to ensure change activities are appropriately planned, documented, communicated, and executed.
- Monitoring and reporting on change performance, identifying trends, risks, compliance issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinating change reviews and facilitating supplier discussions to ensure effective risk management and successful change outcomes.
- Producing meaningful change insights, reporting, and dashboards to support operational, governance, and strategic decision‑making.
- Supporting service design and transition activities by ensuring change controls are embedded throughout the service lifecycle.
- Identifying and managing change‑related risks, dependencies, conflicts, and potential impacts across the service landscape.
- Embedding Change Management governance within service management forums, supplier reviews, and continual improvement activities.
- Collaborating with Service Integration, Incident, Problem, Release, and operational teams to minimise disruption and enhance the end‑user experience.
- Ensuring suppliers adhere to agreed change processes, standards, and governance requirements, challenging non‑compliance where necessary.
- Championing a culture of continual service improvement, focusing on change quality, risk reduction, service stability, and operational excellence.

Your skills and experience- Experience in Change Management, Service Integration, or Service Management within complex multi‑supplier IT environments
- Strong understanding of SIAM principles and the coordination of change activities across multiple service providers
- Experience assessing change risk, business impact, dependencies, and service readiness to support effective decision‑making
- Ability to analyse change performance data, identify trends, and drive continual improvement initiatives
- Experience facilitating Change Advisory Boards (CABs) and engaging with technical, operational, and business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of ITSM practices, particularly Change, Release, Incident, Problem, and Configuration Management
- Proven ability to challenge and influence suppliers to ensure changes are planned, documented, and implemented in accordance with agreed processes
- Experience managing major, standard, normal, and emergency changes within a controlled governance framework
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex change impacts to both technical and non‑technical audiences
