- Oversee risk, security, governance, audit and compliance activities for the platform.
- Build strong relationships across Engineering, Architecture, Security, Operations, business teams and suppliers.
We work in a hybrid way, balancing flexibility with collaboration. For this role, you'll typically spend three days a week in our Skipton office, with the remaining two days working from home.
What You’ll Need- Experience leading technology platforms, engineering teams or critical business systems within a complex environment.
- Proven ability to deliver platform strategy while maintaining operational excellence.
- Experience managing technology roadmaps, priorities, risks and dependencies.
- Strong understanding of modern engineering practices, platform management and service operations.
- Experience managing platform reliability, resilience and operational performance.
- Knowledge of risk management, compliance and governance frameworks.
- Confident stakeholder communicator, able to influence decisions and simplify complex topics.
And the way we reward you matters, too.
