Position: FSLogix Virtual Desktop Support Engineer (Remote )

Softdrive is seeking an experienced FSLogix Support Specialist to help support and troubleshoot user profile issues in a virtual desktop environment. The role focuses on investigating and resolving login problems, black desktops, temporary profiles, and profile corruption within VDI settings.

You will review FSLogix logs and Windows Event Viewer logs, troubleshoot container attachment and permission issues, and ensure smooth Microsoft 365 performance inside virtual machines.
