You will build and lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary data function, embedding a culture of data literacy and evidence-based decision-making across a global organisation. Your work will directly support their mission to help their clients and contractors get to work faster, stay compliant, and come home safely every day.

  • Demonstrated success building, leading and scaling multi-disciplinary data teams across more than one discipline
  • Commercial acumen to position governed data as a strategic asset and prioritise high-value use cases
