Your role
  • Own the Availability Management process across a multi-supplier environment, ensuring services meet agreed availability and resilience requirements.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on service availability, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive proactive initiatives to reduce service downtime and improve service resilience.
  • Work with suppliers to investigate availability issues and implement corrective and preventative actions.
  • Manage availability governance, reviews, risk management activities, and service performance discussions.
  • Collaborate with Incident, Problem, Capacity, and Service Continuity teams while producing meaningful reporting and insights.
Your skills and experience

  • Strong understanding of SIAM principles and multi-supplier service delivery models.
  • Ability to analyse service availability data and drive continual improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM practices including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Continuity, and Availability Management.
  • Experience managing service risks, resilience requirements, and critical service dependencies.
  • Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
