Thurrock Council is seeking a Digital Field Support Officer to join the Corporate Services directorate. The role focuses on incident resolution, user support, and on-site IT hardware/software installation across council locations.
You will help maintain records, liaise with suppliers, and assist the Service Desk while working flexibly, including remote/home working where applicable. A driving licence is required and ITIL/CompTIA A+ qualifications are essential.
