Position: Apple Platform Architect Field Role

As a key member of Apple's Canadian Field Engineering team, you will guide business and education partners in effectively adopting Apple’s platform. Your expertise will drive best-in-class IT practices, ensuring long-term success through scalable solutions. Collaborate closely with partners and internal teams to enhance customer and partner readiness through strategic technical enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer ambitions and serve as a trusted advisor

• Collaborate with partners to build technical practices

• Execute readiness initiatives for seamless integration

• Assess and communicate partner capabilities regularly

• Guide partner implementations for customer success
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 7 years in deploying Apple technology

• Knowledge of platform security architecture

• Expertise in Mac client management solutions

• Proficiency in programming languages and UNIX shell scripting
