Mackenzie Jones is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for up to 800 staff, across two London schools. The role is onsite Monday to Friday during term time, with some flexibility and home-working during school holidays.
You will manage Microsoft 365 Admin, SharePoint and MS Teams, Intune MDM, Windows Server with AD/DNS/DHCP, basic networking, security controls, VOIP, and end-user devices. An external MSP handles 3rd line networking tickets.
