You will diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops, desktops, and related hardware, splitting time between onsite visits and remote support to resolve issues quickly and keep customer systems running smoothly.
This hands-on role requires experience with hardware repair, Windows OS, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset.
