ICT Service Management Specialist

For our client, a leader in the Health Insurance sector, we are seeking an ICT Service Management Specialist for a permanent position based in Basel or Zurich and with the possibility to do home office.

Reliable operation, functioning interfaces and agile further development – this is exactly where you make the difference as an ICT Service Management specialist.

What you can do:

• Ensuring the availability, performance and quality of our basic IT services and coordinating maintenance, change and lifecycle activities.
• Management and coordination of our external IT partners in the infrastructure environment, including compliance with agreed services and management of cooperation.
• Product Owner for the systems team: actively shaping our projects and further development in close cooperation with test management and Dev Ops engineers.
• Recognizing optimization and automation potentials and continuously developing our IT platforms together with internal and external partners.
• Ensure up-to-date system documentation and adherence to security, compliance, and operational standards.
• Central contact person for internal stakeholders from the areas of infrastructure, workplace, security, application management and architecture.

What you bring to the table:

• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
• Experience in IT service management (ITSM) and in the operation of business-critical systems.
• Completed studies or further training in computer science or business informatics.
• Several years of experience in a comparable role.
• Knowledge of agile working methods (e.g. Scrum) as well as experience as a product owner or in a comparable role.
• Experience in partner and supplier management.
