The Associate/AVP, Product Experience role at GIC is all about enhancing how employees engage with AI products. You’ll be responsible for ensuring users have a smooth journey from first exposure to confident usage. This role combines user training, feedback collection, and collaboration with product teams to create a seamless experience for everyone involved.
What You’ll Do- Own the journey for users adopting AI products.
- Create training materials and guides for users.
- Establish feedback loops to improve products.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to enhance user experience.
- Experience in driving product adoption and user enablement.
- Track record of creating user training materials like playbooks and videos.
- User-centered mindset with knowledge of UI/UX principles.
- Familiarity with user research techniques.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Interest in AI and emerging technologies.
- Work in a vibrant and collaborative office environment.
- Flexibility to choose work-from-home days.
