As a key player, you will consult on AI transformation initiatives, engaging executive teams to prioritize AI and Microsoft Copilot applications. You will develop tailored adoption strategies that enhance productivity, oversee training programs, and facilitate workshops. With 5+ years of relevant experience, you will build scalable adoption frameworks and measure the impact of initiatives.

• Identify and prioritize AI integration opportunities

Requirements:

• Over 5 years in enterprise consulting experience

• Fluency in French and English essential

• Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or equivalent

• Expertise in Microsoft Copilot implementation

• Proven track record in enterprise capacity building
