Project Manager, IT Project Manager

MCS Group is partnering with a fast-growing software business to appoint an experienced Project Manager. This is a client-facing role delivering complex software implementation projects for major financial institutions. The successful candidate will take ownership from initial planning through to go-live, working closely with banking clients and internal delivery teams to keep projects on track. This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious software company, take ownership of high-profile client projects and work directly with some of the largest organisations in financial services.

The Role As a PM you will lead projects from kick-off through to go-live You'll manage scope, budgets, timelines, risks and dependencies You'll work directly with banking clients and senior stakeholders across financial services Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering and Client Services Create a smooth onboarding and implementation experience Manage change effectively and keep projects moving at pace Build trusted relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout delivery
