AI Risk Implementation Lead - Hybrid Role

Step into a vital role as the AI Governance and Risk Implementation Lead for a large pension fund located in downtown Toronto. This hybrid position requires both technical and strategic acumen in AI governance.

The successful candidate will partner with various teams, including Technology, Risk, and Compliance, to embed AI governance controls based on the NIST AI Risk Management Framework. You will develop governance standards and facilitate cross-functional sessions, ensuring clarity in risk management processes and best practices within the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate NIST AI RMF into existing governance and risk management

• Operationalize AI governance with actionable standards

• Coordinate working sessions for governance model establishment

• Design scalable workflows for AI governance

• Convert AI principles into actionable control guidance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, risk management, or related

• Relevant certifications such as AIGP or equivalent

• Proficient in technology governance and risk practices

• Skilled in stakeholder engagement through ambiguity

• Strong communicator focused on enterprise risk
