Senior IT Business Analyst Hybrid Role

Join Intact as a Senior IT Business Analyst II, contributing in a hybrid setup to enhance our policy management application’s features and capabilities.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the link between business units and IT, working to define and implement IT solutions. Your experience in web-based applications and solid analytical skills will play a vital role in shaping the product that sets the standard in the insurance sector. You’ll facilitate requirement workshops, support development processes, and foster effective change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and recommend IT solutions

• Facilitating workshops to specify IT requirements

• Document and communicate business process impacts

• Support the development and QA/testing activities

• Keep functional documentation accurate and comprehensive

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience

• At least 2 years as an IT Business Analyst

• Scrum project experience and web application knowledge

• Proficient in Jira and Confluence

• Must be eligible to work in Canada
