Are you an experienced CRM professional who enjoys taking ownership of systems, improving processes and working with different teams to make technology work better for the business?

We’re looking for a CRM Product Owner to take ownership of two key platforms, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Hub Spot, helping shape their future direction while making sure they work effectively together.

You’ll own the CRM roadmap and backlog, prioritising improvements and translating business needs into practical system changes. You’ll work closely with teams across the organisation to understand what they need from the platforms and make sure changes deliver a genuine improvement to their day-to-day work.

The role is hands-on as well as strategic. You’ll configure and optimise Dynamics 365, including entities, forms, views, business rules and model-driven apps, as well as building and maintaining Hub Spot workflows, automations and integrations.

You’ll also work closely with the internal Data team and external suppliers, coordinating technical changes and making sure integrations, data flows and releases are delivered properly. There will be plenty of opportunity to get involved in data models, workflow logic and the wider data environment.

A key part of the role will be making sure both platforms are well governed. You’ll maintain clear requirements, documentation, solution designs and test plans, while monitoring platform performance, user feedback and data quality.

You’ll ideally have experience as a CRM Product Owner, Product Manager or CRM-focused Business Analyst, with a track record of managing CRM roadmaps, backlogs and delivery. Hands-on experience configuring a CRM such as Dynamics 365, Hub Spot or Salesforce is important, as is experience building workflows, automations and process logic.

Experience with Hub Spot, Power Platform, CRM transformation projects or enterprise integrations would be particularly useful.

You’ll need to be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, managing competing priorities and making decisions collaboratively. You’ll also need to be someone who can take ownership, challenge constructively and find practical ways to improve how things work.
