Premier Tech Systems and Automation zoekt een Helpdesk Engineer die klanten telefonisch ondersteunt en samenwerkt met Field Service Engineers. Je lost technische problemen op en adviseert over service of onderdelen, terwijl je rapporten voltooit en preventief onderhoud promoot.
Je beschikt over een mbo/hbo-diploma in elektrotechniek of industriële automatisering en minimaal één jaar relevante ervaring. Nauwkeurige klantcommunicatie in NL en EN is vereist. Op afroep is on-site service mogelijk.
